Basic & Standard Safety Retainers

Consistent safety support keeps your operation from falling behind, and the right level depends on the size and risk of your workplace. I offer two flat-rate monthly consulting packages, and the difference between them is how much onsite work and training you receive each month.

Basic Safety Retainer ($1,200/month): for smaller, lower-risk operations. This package is for small operations and facilities, expanding field crews, and businesses maintaining low-risk fixed workspaces. Each month, I perform one scheduled onsite audit or facility inspection and deliver a report. Each quarter, I lead a specialized employee toolbox talk or safety briefing.

Standard Safety Retainer ($2,000/month): for larger, busier operations. This package is for active manufacturing plants, logistics centers, construction sites, mid to large facilities, and multi-crew subcontractors. Each month, I perform two scheduled onsite audits or facility inspections with reports and lead a specialized employee toolbox talk or safety briefing every month. I also deliver one onsite safety compliance training, which the Basic package does not include.

With both packages, I review your Safety and Health Program documentation and stay available by phone and email without limits. As a safety consultant, I design each package to work as a dedicated safety coordinator at a fixed cost, and the Standard package extends your internal safety team. Call me for questions or a quote.
