CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Minutes matter in a medical emergency. My CPR/AED/First Aid Certification course equips up to eight employees at a time with practical, hands-on skills so they can act decisively while waiting for EMS.
I start by building confidence. Participants practice high-quality adult, child, and infant CPR on professional manikins until the movements feel natural and repeatable. I then introduce automated external defibrillators (AEDs), walking employees through pad placement, prompts, and safety checks so no one hesitates to use the device when a real cardiac arrest occurs.
Beyond cardiac events, I cover the injuries you are most likely to see at work: severe bleeding, fractures, sprains, burns, shock, and choking. Staff learn how to use what is already on hand-first aid kits, tourniquets, improvised dressings-to control bleeding, stabilize injuries, and keep a coworker breathing and responsive.
Throughout the training, I rely on realistic scenarios tied to your work environment, whether that is a warehouse, plant floor, office, or field setting. Employees work through these scenarios in small groups, gaining the muscle memory and calm mindset that are crucial under stress.
Each participant who meets the performance requirements receives a 2‑year CPR/AED/First Aid certification card, giving you clear documentation for your workplace safety files and client requirements. As an experienced safety consultant, I structure this course so your people walk away with more than a card-they leave ready to protect colleagues, customers, and visitors when it matters most.
