OSHA 10 & 30-Hour

Safety starts with the whole crew and gets stronger with the people who lead it. I offer two official Outreach courses, both led by me as an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer and tailored for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automation, and healthcare facilities. The difference between them is who they are built for and how deep they go.
OSHA 10-Hour: for the crew. This is the foundation course for your employees. It runs over two days, with five hours of instruction each day. Day one covers an introduction to OSHA, walking-working surfaces, exit routes and emergency action plans, electrical hazards, and personal protective equipment. Day two covers hazard communication, materials handling and storage, machine guarding basics, lockout/tagout, and an introduction to industrial hygiene. Lockout/tagout and industrial hygiene can be substituted. Participants receive an official Department of Labor OSHA 10-Hour wallet card and a certificate. If you prefer that I secure the venue, an additional $600 applies.
OSHA 30-Hour: for the leaders. This is the in-depth course for supervisors, foremen, safety managers, and coordinators. It runs over four or five days, with 7.5 hours of instruction per day, going well beyond the 10-Hour content. It adds fall protection, advanced PPE hazard assessments including respirators, bloodborne pathogens, safety and health programs, ergonomics, confined space awareness, welding, cutting, and brazing, and supervisory safety responsibilities. Participants receive an official Department of Labor OSHA 30-Hour wallet card and a certificate. If you prefer that I secure the venue, an additional $1,200 applies.
In both cases, the flat group rate covers training at your facility. Book your group session today: choose the 10-Hour to protect your crew, or the 30-Hour to build a stronger safety culture from the top.
