Safety Trainings

My Safety Trainings are instructor-led, scenario-driven sessions built specifically around the hazards and workflows in your operation. Instead of generic slides, your employees receive practical guidance that matches the equipment they use, the spaces they work in, and the risks they face every day.

I begin each engagement with a short discovery conversation or walk-through to understand your processes, recent incidents or near-misses, and any regulatory or client requirements you must meet. Based on this, I design a focused agenda that can range from hazard communication, lockout/tagout, and machine guarding to confined spaces, fall prevention, heat stress, or supervisor safety responsibilities.

Training is delivered on site whenever possible, using your actual equipment and layouts as teaching aids. Employees handle real tools, walk real routes, and discuss real tasks so the lessons stay with them long after the class ends. I incorporate demonstrations, group discussions, and short problem-solving exercises to keep participants engaged and to check understanding in real time.

With more than two decades in occupational safety and a background as a retired U.S. Marine, I bring a disciplined yet respectful approach to the classroom. I am direct about the consequences of unsafe work, but I always connect instructions to the shared goal of everyone going home in one piece at the end of the shift.

Sessions can be scheduled for single topics or combined into half-day or full-day programs, and I offer options that integrate with OSHA 10/30, forklift, HAZMAT, H2S, and CPR/AED/First Aid coursework. After each training, I provide sign-in records and a brief summary of topics covered so you can document compliance and plan follow-up.
