I start with a structured walkthrough of your production areas, warehouses, maintenance shops, and yards, paying close attention to machine guarding, powered industrial truck operations, walking-working surfaces, electrical safety, chemical storage, lockout/tagout, and personal protective equipment use. I watch how work is actually done, not just how it is written.

During the visit, I speak directly with supervisors and employees to understand workflows, near-miss history, and informal workarounds that may be creating hidden exposure. I also review injury logs, training records, inspections, and written programs to connect what is on paper with what I see in the field.

You receive a detailed Corrective Action Report that organizes findings by hazard category and risk level, with plain-language descriptions, photo documentation when appropriate, and practical recommendations. I identify quick, low-cost fixes as well as higher-level changes to engineering, procedures, or training so you can plan improvements without disrupting operations.

As a Graduate Safety Practitioner with advanced degrees in occupational safety and health, I use recognized standards to evaluate your facility while still providing advice that fits real-world constraints.
